空中キャンプ (romanized: Kūchū Camp, English: Aerial Camp) is the fifth album by Fishmans. It is the first album the band would release after transitioning to Polydor Japan. The record notably took a much more dream pop-esque approach to their music than previous albums, continuing the musical themes found on their previous single ナイトクルージング. This would be the first of the band's records to be released with the band as a trio, and the first to include frequent collaborators Honzi and Shinya Kogure. The album would end up being their most beloved and acclaimed work in Fishmans' home country of Japan....
After completing the album, band members held a discussion where they decided the album was so cohesive that it was like "one song with eight parts". This idea inspired their next album, where they wanted to really just create one song with parts. This became Long Season.
