Bats, fox and birds form the animalist backdrop for her fifth studio album created in virtual rural isolation, in the West Sussex countryside under the 'shed'. 'Beauty Sleep' sees Olivia Louvel returning to a song format after her abstract composition 'ō, music for haiku'....

Foreign elements:
#04 'In My Shed' is a remake of the Recoil 's track 'Stone' from the album 'Hydrology', Alan Wilder's second Recoil release. (1988/ Mute Records).
#11 'Live with me' is composed using a sonnet by William Shakespeare.
